The Emergency Register is the main entry point of data into Apoms. It is where emergency cases are entered and where outstanding cases can be seen on the outstanding case board. The Emergency Register also has search functionality allowing users to find cases that have been added previously.
The add case form is the main entry point for data into Apoms. This is where emergency operators can add details of emergency cases including the number and type of animals, rescue details for the case, images, notes, and finally the case outcome for each patient.
The outstanding case board shows the current status of all cases that are yet to be resolved. Status swimlanes show the progress cases are making towards resolution and the vehicles to which they are assigned. The outstanding case board can auto-update by receiving messages from other operators so the board is always up to date in real time.
The outstanding case map shows the location of all current outstanding cases, coloured by priority and with an icon for small and large animals allowing operators to easily see outstanding cases and their proximity to ambulances that are on the road.
Cases are easy to find with the search functionality. There are a number of different fields to search on like tag number and caller name.
