The StreetTreat section of Apoms is used to track patients that are either not ill enough to be admitted to the shelter for treatment, or have been admitted to the shelter and are now well enough to continue their treatment on the street.
There are 2 ways that a patient can be admitted to StreetTreat:
By setting the outcome to 'Street treatment approved by ST manager' for the patient in the Emergency Register
By adding adding a StreetTreat case as part of the release process. You can read more about this process here.
The StreetTreat case list displays high level details of cases in a header scorecard with a breakdown of case numbers per day underneath, followed finally by a map of the cases for the current day and how the cases are split between teams
The header scorecard consists of the below values
Total cases - This is all active StreetTreat cases
Cases without visit - This is the number of active StreetTreat cases that have no future planned visits
Total visits today - This is the total count of visits today across all teams
Visits complete today (%) - This is the total number of visits complete as a percentage of the total number of visits planned for today.
Urgent cases - This is the total number of cases that are flagged as urgent
The next chart displays the upcoming number of cases by day, split between the teams. The chart has the following actions that can be performed by clicking different areas of the chart:
Clicking the date heading will refresh the case list for the date specified.
Within each day the cases are split between the vehicles they are assigned to. Clicking on of the teams on a particular day will load just te cases for that team.
No visits button. Click this button to clear the current case list and display a list of all the outstanding StreetTreat cases that do not have a next planned visit. Showing these cases is vital in ensuring that no cases are missed or closed without being properly viewed.
Date: Select a date here to view the cases for that day.
Vehicle dropdown: The user can select a specific vehicle to show the cases assigned from here.
Refresh: This refreshes all of the cases for the current date and team.
Edit case: Clciking this will open a new tab and display the StreetTreat case details.
Visit status: This is a list of hte last 5 visits for each case along with a colour to signify the status of the visit.

The map will display all current cases for the date/vehicle selected and the icons will be coloured depending on team
