Reporting

Reporting within Apoms is real time. So as updates occur in the system, users can refresh the reporting to see those changes arrive into the reporting.

The below metrics are displayed in the reporting:

Total count: This is the current number of patients in the hospital.

Case count by date: This is the total number of Emergency Cases added to the system for a particular date. This can be filtered down the just admissions or cases that were referred directly to StreetTreat by using the switch toggles. The number displayed is underlined and clicking it will display a list of the cases that make up the number.

Animal count by area: This section tracks the count of patients currently in each area. This number is further broken down by infants/adults and by high/medium/low priority.

Surgery count by date: This number represents the total number of surgeries completed on a particular date. The number is underlined and clicking it will display a list of the surgeries performed that day.
